All graphics are free to use on personal non-commercial sites. I do require a link back on websets (which have their own terms of use per set), but on other graphics, a link back is not required but would be nice.:o) Graphics may NOT be used on any site that promotes hatred, Child abuse, animal cruelty, racism, or any other ignorant cause. Some graphics may not be used on adult sites please email me for permission. Graphics may NOT be altered in any way, except for tubes and text on buttons. Graphics may NOT be added to any collection*, offered for download or claimed as your own. Please save and upload the graphics to your server, I will not contact you asking you to remove my content. If you steal my bandwidth, I will just report you or change the graphic to something nasty calling you a thief.
These aren't written in stone, if you need an "exception" I'm pretty reasonable and might allow it... you never know unless you ask. Please make requests via email rather than on the message board.

I try to be really careful and respect the copyrights of all artist and their work. All of the graphics found here are my own creation (with exception of tutorial posts by members). When creating these graphics I use some tube sites. I try to give credit where credit is due but occasionally I do mess up because I am human. If you find your work here without a proper link back please email me at smokingrose@hotmail.com and I will correct it immediately.
*You may upload them in a photo album in a MSN group that is clearly labeled as "for site use only" You may add dolls, snowglobes, blinkies to "adopted" collections.
