This Tutorial is written with the assumption that you are moderately familiar with PSP 7 and its tools.
For this tutorial you will need Sinedots II filter and Eye Candy 4000... You can download a free copy of Eye Candy 3 here or here which should work as well.
1. Open a new 250x 250 image
2. Using your Selection tool set to circle, feather:0 and antialias checked. Draw a medium-sized circle in the middle of your image and flood fill it white.

3. Add a New Layer name it "Color 1"
4. Go to Effects>Plugins>Dragonfly>Sinedots II
5. Now, a screen will pop up that looks like below. The most important things to here is make sure that the blend mood is set to screen. Choose whatever Color you would like and whatever Gamma setting looks best to you and hit the "randomize" button until you have something in your preview that you like and looks like the inside of a marble to some extent. Once you have something you like hit OK.

6. Add another new layer and name it "Color 2"
7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 with a different color and keep in mind where the swirl for your first color is so that the second on complements it. You can add a 3rd color layer if you so desire.
8. Once you have as many colors as you want go to layers>merge visible

9. With your "marble" still selected go to effects>plugin filters>eye candy> glass.
10. The settings I used are for Eye Candy 4000 but should be able to be adapted for other versions:

The bevel profile tab should be set on "button"
11. Once you have applied your glass go to selections>select none.
12. Resize your Image by 50% and crop and you're done!

The image you just made is yours to do whatever you want with. No part of this tutorial may be offered for download anywhere else. You may link to it with a text link only. Violators will be hung by toenails.
